Where does my data live?
On your own infrastructure. Octavion is self-hosted — your database, files, and call recordings stay on servers you control. There is no multi-tenant cloud where your data sits next to someone else's.
Does it work with UAE phone providers?
Yes. The telephony settings include presets for Etisalat and du SIP trunks (IP authentication) as well as any international VoIP provider. You can also route through Twilio numbers until your trunk is provisioned.
Is Arabic supported?
Fully. The dashboard supports Arabic with RTL layouts, IVR menus can be recorded in Arabic and English, and the AI copilot understands and answers in both languages.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes — your brand, your domain, your server. The Enterprise plan includes full white-labeling for agencies and groups running the platform for their own clients.
What does the AI copilot actually do?
It reads your live business data — calls, deals, invoices, inventory — and answers natural-language questions, generates reports, transcribes and scores calls, and drafts automation flows. It is scoped to your business data only.
Is invoicing FTA-compliant?
The ERP includes UAE e-invoicing with VAT handling designed to comply with Federal Tax Authority requirements.
How does pricing work?
A free 14-day trial, a flat Business plan (unlimited users — no per-seat fees), and a custom Enterprise tier for dedicated infrastructure and white-labeling. See the pricing page for details.
Can we migrate from our current tools?
Yes. Customers, leads, items, and open invoices can be imported. Because everything runs on one database, you migrate once — not once per tool.
What happens after the trial?
You keep your data either way. Upgrade to continue on our managed hosting, or ask us about moving your workspace to your own server.
Do you offer implementation help?
Yes — onboarding, PBX configuration, data import, and training are included with Business and Enterprise plans, with 24/7 support via the dashboard.
